Why the College Admissions Industry Hates Me

I’ll let you in on a little secret: The college admissions industry despises me. Like, full-on “clutch their pearls and gasp in horror” levels of hatred. Why? Because I’m exposing their biggest secret.
(Quick note: If you want the fastest way to outsmart the system and save yourself thousands of dollars, check out my course College Admissions for Overwhelmed Parents. It’ll teach you everything you need to know—without the consultant price tag.)
Now, back to why I’m basically public enemy #1 in their world.

The $20,000 College Consultant Scam
The traditional college consulting industry is built on fear and confusion. They want parents to feel lost so they can charge outrageous fees—sometimes $10,000, $20,000, or even more—for advice that should be accessible to everyone.
And let’s be real: most of what they offer isn’t some magic formula. It’s basic guidance wrapped in fancy words. They just don’t want you to realize you can get the same (or better) results on your own.
What They Don’t Want You to Know
Here’s where I come in. Instead of feeding into the confusion, I’ve built a system that teaches parents how to navigate the admissions process like an expert—without needing a second mortgage to afford it.
Want to know how to find colleges that actually give big scholarships? I’ll show you.
Need a strategy for making your kid stand out in applications? Got you covered.
Wondering if you should sell a kidney to afford a private consultant? (Spoiler: You shouldn’t.)
The Industry’s Response? Pure Panic.
When I started teaching parents how to do all of this without paying consultants thousands of dollars, I got a lot of angry responses from people in the industry.
"You’re ruining the profession!"
"Parents can’t do this on their own!"
"How dare you make this information affordable!"
Which is exactly why I know I’m onto something.
You Can Beat the System
Every kid deserves a shot at a great future, and every family deserves clear, affordable guidance to make that happen. The college admissions industry doesn’t want you to know this, but you don’t need them. You just need the right tools—and that’s exactly what I’ve put together for you.
